7. Cut Down On Gluten-Free Foods
Gluten-free diet offers no special health benefits as claimed in advertisements. Ironically, many gluten-free foods are less nutritious, tend to have a high content of in carbohydrates and fat and low levels of protein. They are low in even fibre content than their gluten-containing counterparts. Simply eliminating gluten or carbohydrates or any other nutritional bogeyman won’t cut that extra fat, but will only lead to nutritional losses.
