4. Explore Hyderabad’s Old Capital – Kurnool
This place has strong historical origins. Just 213 km away from Hyderabad, it is considered a nice spot to head to for a weekend getaway. This place happens to be home to the longest and second largest caves in India – the Belum Caves. They are centuries old and the stalagmite and stalactite formations inside are certainly a sight to see. The Oravakallu Rock Garden is a nice place to have a picnic at while a visit to the Reddy fort built in the 14-16 centuries would be a history buffs delight.
