To shed off those 108 kilos, Anant had to follow an extremely strict diet, which was low-carb and zero-sugar. The main kinds of foods which make up this diet include healthy fats and protein. It is mandatory to cut down on all kinds of processed foods like cereals, soft drinks, sweets, breads, pasta and similar items. Interestingly, the diet that Anant followed did not contain any kinds of fruits as well. So if you are following such a diet, you can eat well and don’t need to starve.
