3. Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani – The Oberoi Udaivilas, Udaipur
Udaipur was highlighted beautifully in Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani. The royal city was displayed in its full splendour. Of course, Udaipur is renowned for its heritage palaces that now function as five-star hotels. A large chunk of Kalki’s wedding scene in the movie was shot on the heritage property of The Oberoi Udaivilas. The scene where the group meet and camp has mostly been shot in Span Resort &Spa, Manali, a place which lets you wake up from urban hibernation and liberates you from mundane shackles.
