IIT Delhi is not only known for its engineering courses, but it also has formidable management education department. The department was established in 1993 and runs a two year MBA program. It also offers three years long part time MBA program with specialized focus on technology management. The main emphasis of its management courses is on systems and technology. However, it also provides functional specialization in areas such as finance, marketing and HR. The department of management studies collaborates with various national and international bodies, including corporate houses including University of Paris, Pantheon Sorbonne, Paris and Stevens Institute of Technology in USA.
