6. Beating The Groom’s Feet – Korea
This is a ritual that happens after the wedding, in South Korea. The groom ‘s feet will be tied together with a rope and beaten with a fish or cane. This can be painful, but it is more of a fun thing, mostly done to check his strength before the wedding night.
