‘Rock On’, released in 2008 was a critically acclaimed film that won 7 Filmfare awards. The sequel, now in the making has increased expectation of fans. The main cast- Arjun Rampal, Farhan Akhtar and Purab Kohli returns in the sequel as do the music composer trio Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy. Prachi Desai also reprises her role while the new member on board is actor Sharddha Kapoor. ‘Rock On 2’ is slated for September 2016 release.
