8. Majnu Ka Tila – The Tibetan Colony
The place is a Tibetan refugee settlement established in the 60s, and now it is renamed as New Aruna Nagar. Foreign students and students from Delhi University’s North Campus flock to this market regularly for buying Tibetan handicrafts, gadgets, and latest fashion wear. You will also find a Buddhist temple, monastery and dozens of restaurant offering Tibetan cuisine.
