- Rajinikanth – Needs no introduction
Long before we knew him as Thalaiva, he used to work as a coolie and later as a bus conductor to earn his living. He made a slow start with small roles in Kannada mythological plays. Soon he won the National Award for his debut film, Apoorva Raagangal’ and since then he only grew in stature with each movie and emerged as a god figure in the film industry down South and a revered Bollywood actor.
