2. Get Regular Pedicures
Getting a pedicure is more than just scrubbing your feet. It’s kind of like a deep cleanse. Schedule one at least once a week and if you can’t make it to a foot spa, do it at home! Soak your feet in in a tub of warm water with some antiseptic liquid in it. This should help get rid of the bacteria and loosen up the dirt on your feet. Get a good scrubber and don’t forget to clean under your toenails.
