Maybe on the weekend you can take a bit more time and make yourself a full healthy breakfast. Try cooking up some lean bacon, poach some eggs, baked beans, toast with honey and a thick slice of grilled tomato. You will never even think of it as being a healthy breakfast and you have a great way to start the day.
