10. Brazil – Extremely Well-Equipped
Although a non-nuclear power, it has a formidable army comprising 10,00,000 reserve soldiers in its ranks. Having a budget of $31,576,000,000, it also runs an aircraft carrier. It has close to 500 tanks and about 750 aircrafts. Brazil is perhaps the only nation in South America that houses a very skilled and motivated military.
