2. Gurdwara Baba Atal Sahib, Punjab
Considered as one of the best Gurdwaras in the country and built around the early 1780s, Gurdwara Baba Atal Sahib in Amritsar was built to commemorate the early death of the son of Guru Hargobind Singh named Baba Atal Rai. This nine-storied tower is architecturally different from the other Sikh worship places in India and is one of the widely frequently places for devotees.
