- Hazratbal Masjid, Jammu and Kashmir
Nestled on the banks of the beautiful Dal Lake is this marvellous mosque, which goes by the name of Hazratbal Masjid. The phenomenal white architecture encompasses a minaret and a dome, which hosts a holy relic called the Maui-e-Muqaddas. Legend has it that a hair strand of the Prophet Muhammad resides in this relic.
