5. Katsutoshi Kawano (Japan)
The chief and Commander General of the Japan military Forces and the best Commander General is Katsutoshi Kawano. He assumed the position of Chief of Staff and Joint Staff for his army and country, both. He became the Vice Chief of Staff of the Joint Staff Council in 2010, only to become Commander in Chief of the Self Defense Fleet one year later.
