Almost all are well aware of the downfall of Muammar Gaddafi on the streets of Libya. Even though the tyranny of Gaddafi is over, the country still remains in a state of turmoil. No proper government has beenestablished in the nation and conflicts between the rebels and those loyal to Gaddafi still take place. This power vacuum attracts arms dealers and corrupt military leaders. The administrative and judicial systems themselves remain vulnerable to outside interferences and ill-elements.
