A leader would be someone who leads by example and gathers followers out of a display of sincerity and dedication. Leaders are expected to bring in respect and a name for their countries. He was held responsible for the killing of thousands of American soldiers and civilians with his one trillion dollar fiasco and destroyed the reputation of the United States.
