4. Javagal Srinath, Engineering his way to Success
Born in 1969, Javagal Srinath went on to become one of the finest fast bowlers in the world. He still holds the record of being the only Indian fast bowler with more than 300 ODI wickets in his kitty. His accomplishments off the field are equally impressive. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Instrumentation Technology. Srinath made his test debut in 1991 and currently is one of the ICC match referees. He is also known as the Mysore Express and claimed 236 wickets from 67 tests during his career. In ODIs, his tally stands at 315 wickets from 229 ODIs.
