The UK-based Restaurant Magazine has voted the Bukhara as the best restaurant in Asia and the best Indian restaurant in the world. That should tell you the kind of quality this restaurant serves. Located in ITC Maurya Sheraton, in the Diplomatic Enclave, Bukhara is tad bit expensive, but you will not grudge spending the money after you see its rustic ambience and indulge in family-sized naan, dal Bukhara and lip-smacking kebabs. Just reserve your table before you go, as walk-ins are not entertained here.
