In order to remain fit, she experiments with different forms of exercise. She is not a gym fan, but tries new workout regimens. These include swimming, dancing, kapalbhatti and others. However, yoga remains her favourite and she has mastered the perfect headstand. Though she loves travelling and trying out new cuisines, she never overeats. She eats at regular intervals and has a strong hold on her cravings. No matter how busy her schedule, she always takes time to indulge in meditation and pranayama on a daily basis.
