5. Sarah Jane Dias – “A fit mind leads to a fit body”
Former Miss India, Sarah Jane Dias, belongs to a family that loves food. In keeping with her health mantra, she works out as much as she can, doing yoga and heading to the gym on a regular basis. Recently she took up dancing as an exercise. She tried swimming, kick boxing and mountain climbing and does not stick to one form of exercise for too long. Apart from exercise, though a self-confessed foodie, she always eats in moderation.
