Emily resorts to eating meals that are low on both starch and sugar while high on proteins and healthy fats. She also feels this is the way you should eat all over the year to stay fit and healthy.
For breakfast she likes to have an omelet with grilled bacon and an avocado. For lunch, she eats the turkey roast along with sautéed vegetables. Gorging on homemade puddings is okay at least on Christmas dinner. To satiate hunger pangs, biting some high cocoa dark chocolate is what she does.
